Proven Curriculum
This regional training course brings exceptional classroom training curriculum and real-life industry experiences to a city near you. If you’ve hesitated in the past to send paving crews or management staff to Caterpillar training because of travel and lodging expenses, this is your opportunity to take advantage of Caterpillar’s training close to home! Participants will receive verification that they understand the material presented. Each day they will complete a test, which will be graded and discussed as a group to ensure meaningful retention. On request, companies that send paving crews to the training may receive copies of their participants’ test results. This is not a sales seminar. It’s a comprehensive review of paving fundamentals, and an update on the latest information available in the paving industry—all wrapped in a convenient, local, two-day package!
Seminar Materials
Each student will receive training materials used in the course. It’s a complete package they can bring back to their organization for internal training, if desired. Participants will also receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
Experienced Instructors
The instructors for this course are experienced professionals from the Minneapolis Training Center for Caterpillar Paving Products Inc. in Minnesota. They are all veteran industry professionals with advanced technical competence. It’s the same professional paving training offered in Minneapolis, just packaged and delivered locally!
Important Information
Our registration table opens at 7:30 a.m. When you arrive at the conference facility. Our registrars will greet you, assist you with registration, hand you your seminar materials and direct you toward your seat. Please be registered and ready to go by 8:00 a.m.
Lunch is provided from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Recording. Our seminars—both what you see and what you hear—are proprietary to Caterpillar Paving Products. No audio recording or videotaping, please.

Cancellations and substitutions
Cancellations received up to five working days before the conference are refundable minus a $25 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee, which you may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.

attend the qualifying class in its entirety. Many local, state and national licensing boards and professional organizations will accept CEUs for attending our classes. Please contact your own board or organization to find out their requirements.
