H.O. Penn Coronavirus Response

Although it is anything but business as usual, H.O. Penn is striving to provide you with the service you expect so your work can continue.

H.O. Penn is continuing to operate, with some changes to maximize our safety and the safety of our employees and customers. In addition, our Power Generation services will continue to operate in their vital role in supporting infrastructure, healthcare, and banking services.

As noted, safety is our number one priority. We are monitoring the CDC guidelines and following them during the COVID-19 outbreak. We appreciate the essential role that our customers play in this time, and our goal is to keep the construction and infrastructure in our area running as smoothly as possible. Below are some special considerations for maximizing efficiency and safety in this time.

Local Resources during the outbreak. 

Product Support & Sales:

Our equipment and generator sales and product support staff are available via phone, email, and in person by request keeping in mind compliance with CDC safety guidelines. If you do not know who to contact for your specific needs, utilize our Rep Finder Tool

Parts Ordering:

We request that you minimize time in our locations by calling ahead to your location, or ordering online at Parts.Cat.Com. Find your local branch on our Locations Page.

Service:

When dropping off a machine off for service, please call our Service Department in advance to discuss your service needs. Field service is available as normal, with social distancing in on-site interactions.

Rental:

Rental needs, both machine and power generation, can be met by calling your Rental Representative, contacting the department at 888-RENT-CAT or utilizing our Online Rental Tool.

Power Generation:

Our Emergency Power Service line is active at (888) 736-8228.

We are committed to serve you safely during this time.  We appreciate your business and will continue to adapt to meet your needs.  If you have any questions, please reach out to any of our local facilities by phone or fill out a contact form and we will respond as quickly as possible.

As this situation evolves, we may be required to make additional changes to our services and we’ll do our best to communicate this as it occurs.  Please monitor our social media as well as your email for further contact. As of Monday, April 20 all employees in H.O. Penn branches are required to wear face coverings.
