Step 1 – Activate or Confirm Your CVA
We’ve made the process as simple as possible so you can stay focused on your jobs.
Step 2 – request parts or service
Order parts through parts.cat.com, Cat Central, your PSSR, or by visiting your local H.O. Penn branch. For service, contact us online or by phone to open a work order.
Step 3 – we commit to a timeframe
Our team confirms whether your request qualifies for the next-day parts and/or two-day service commitment and gives you a target completion window.
Step 4 – We Deliver — or We Credit You
