  • Maintenance and common repair parts are available by the next business day (or when you say) —ready for pickup at your nearest H.O. Penn location.
  • For eligible unplanned repairs, we commit to completing the repair within two business days once the machine is authorized for repair.

Step 3 – we commit to a timeframe

Our team confirms whether your request qualifies for the next-day parts and/or two-day service commitment and gives you a target completion window.

Step 4 – We Deliver — or We Credit You
