• When you apply for a position with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and other information relevant to your application, such as, for example, your resume, your employment and educational background (including your ability to work in the US and whether your are over 18 years of age), any relevant certifications or coursework, recommendations, and any relevant health information/restrictions. Depending on the position you are applying for, we may further do a background check, which may include a Motor Vehicle Report. We use this information to process your application and evaluate your credentials for a position with us. Additionally, we may collect information regarding your protected classifications (e.g., your gender, ethnic origin, veteran status, disability) which may be used to perform analytics, including any government reporting.

• If you apply for financing or the Cat^® Card, we may collect your business name and your business’ postal address, billing address, phone number(s), fax number, tax ID number and additional information about your business which will be on the application form; information regarding the business’ owners including names, postal address, phone number, Social Security Number, net worth, income, housing payment, bank account information and balances, references, and signatures. We use this information to process your request to receive the Cat^® Card.

• When you purchase products or services from us, or contact us about the products and services we offer, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, Company name, company position, area of responsibility, postal address, contents of your communications with us (if certain communication platforms are used), information regarding the specific product and services you have purchased, such as, for example, serial numbers, equipment details, use, repair and service histories, fuel information, product line, ownership and equipment status, and information regarding your purchase, such as, for example, invoice information, purchase order information, warranty information, and contact information (collectively “Transaction Data”).
